Suzhou Transfar Logistic Base, the first project of the chain reproduction of Transfar Road Ports Logistics
Suzhou Transfar Logistic Base is the first general logistic platform reproduced in the Yangtze Delta according to Zhejiang Transfar Logistic Base- the first successful Transfar road port logistic mode. It is located in the General Logistic Park, Jinchang District, Suzhou, facing Suxu Road in the east, extending to No.312 National Highway in the south, neighboring Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal in the west and bordering Huanghuajing River in the north. It covers a total land area of 39.2 hectares and received a total investment of RMB 1 billion yuan. It is the first big general logistic platform of the chain reproduction system of Transfar Road Port Logistic. It is a key project of Jinchang New Town and one of the key projects of Suzhou.
Suzhou Transfar Logistic Base is centered on logistic information transaction and focuses on road transportation. It is a modern logistic hub integrating road, water and railway transportation. Meanwhile, according to the local market characteristics and the development trend of the logistic industry, the project is planned with eight function centers including information transaction, less-than-carload express shipping, warehousing and distribution, digital information, road and waterway integrated transportation.
