Zhejiang Transfar Logistic Base

It is located at the exit to Xiaoshao of the 2nd Bridge of the Qiantang River, near Xiaoshan International Airport, Hangzhou. It was built in 2002 with an investment of RMB 300 million yuan. It was put into operation on April 18, 2003.

According to the positioning of being a integrated logistic platform operator, the base was set up and operated through six centers, i.e., information transaction, transportation, warehousing, distribution, less-than-carload express shipping and management service, and the complete supporting service modules, gathering four major resources quickly, i.e., logistic service resource, logistic carrier resource, logistic demand resource and logistic management resource. We have become a general modern logistic base working for Hangzhou Bay and the Yangtze Delta.

More than 420 professional transportation, warehousing, less-than-carload express shipping, and forwarders in and out of Zhejiang have moved into the base. We have established business relation with 400,000 plus outsider trucks. Everyday, two thousand to three thousand outsider trucks are called to provide service. The daily cargo transportation reaches 30,000-50,000 tons. By coordination and operation of various resources, we work for more than 20,000 manufacturing companies and trade companies in Hangzhou and surrounding areas and reduced about 40% of the logistic cost for them.
