Transfar road port logistic base is targeted to be an integrated logistic platform operator. An enterprise group has been formed, in which, Transfar Road Port Logistic Development Co., Ltd. makes investment and manages the business in a collectivized manner and a number of modern general logistic bases work together. A standardized system of chain reproduction has been formed. We are actively promoting the platform chain reproduction strategy centering on the Yangtze Delta and covering major cities in China. After the opening of Xiaoshan Base, Suzhou Base, Chengdu Base and Ningbo Base, over 10 logistic bases will be built by 2010, thus creating a national logistic platform network.

Meanwhile, based on physical platforms, Transfar will open a virtual market and explore and put E-logistic business platform into practice so as to integrate logistic resources in a bigger scope and cooperate with more partners to promote the development of the logistic industry and economic growth.

Transfar Road Port Logistics summarized and improved the practice of the construction and operation of the first Transfar logistic base in Zhejiang and participated in formulating the state standards Classification of Logistic Parks and Basic Requirements, and Social Logistic Statistical Index System and Method. In addition, we also formed a standardized system of chain reproduction. Suzhou Transfar Logistic Base and Chengdu Transfar Logistic Base that reproduced according to the system have started construction.

1997 Transfar realizes logistics starts by raw material sourcing and product transportation. In 1997, starting with transforming the operation system, Transfar restructures Transfar Truck Team to Hangzhou Transfar Warehousing and Transportation Co., Ltd. to go into first-party logistic business.
1998 In 1998, with the fast market opening of the manufacturing business, Transfar realizes that market demands will not be satisfied only by its own capability. Transfar begins to integrate social resources and socialized operation of logistic service. Simple third-party logistic service is also started.

In 1999, Transfar studies the idea broadly and in depth and decides the Highway Port logistic development strategies in 2000.
2002 In April 2002, Zhejiang Transfar Logistic Base, the first base of Transfar Highway Port Logistics, starts construction. It is put into use in April 2003.
2005 In 2005, Transfar establishes the chain reproduction strategy for Highway Port bases.
2006 In 2006, Zhejiang Transfar Logistic Base becomes the China logistic model base. The innovative mode of Transfar Logistics is widely recognized.
2008 In 2008, the logistic bases in Suzhou and Chengdu start construction. The chain reproduction strategy for road ports bases begins substantially.
